DIMETHICONE
A Dimethicone fluid with a viscosity of 350 centistokes. It provides excellent feel and lubricity and also gives an anti-whitening effect in water based lotions and creams. Dimethicone is commonly used in soaps and shampoos. It is optically clear, and, in general, is considered to be inert, non-toxic and non-flammable
