Our Fabric Conditioner Base is a concentrated 27.5% esterquat emulsion, based on TETRANYL® L1/90S, a high-performance quaternary ammonium compound derived from vegetable-based fatty acids, (partially hydrogenated tallow esterquat). It’s the perfect foundation for custom, private-label, or small-batch fabric softeners - just dilute and fragrance to create your own unique formula.

How to Use:
For example:
To make ~10 litres of 5% fabric conditioner:

Base: 2 litre

Water: 8 litres (preferably deionized or softened)

Fragrance: 0.3–1.0% (by weight)

Optional additives: Dye, preservative, or viscosity modifier
Mix gently with slow mechanical agitation or overhead stirrer. Avoid high-shear mixing to preserve emulsion quality
