Technical grade

Monopotassium phosphate (MKP) with formula KH2PO4, is manufactured from phosphoric acid and potassium carbonate. It is a water soluble, hygroscopic, white, odourless powder. It is used as a buffering agent, fertiliser and as a fungicide.
